Innoplex has multiple prime contracts offering our engineers career options in multi-faceted areas of technology. Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) such as Citrix, VSphere and Nutanix, Storage (NetAPP), NVidia, Network, Microsoft and Linux Environments, and many more areas that allow the engineer the ability to grow in any direction he/she wants to pursue. Our customers are open to new ideas; either in a team or individual setting and it offers many opportunities for the engineer to adapt to both present and new technologies.

VDI is a major part of our architecture. Citrix is the virtualization platform that runs this architecture. Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops which include XenDesktop and XenApp for desktops and applications, Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) for desktops streaming platform, and Citrix Machine Creation Services (MCS) to support a more robust system, are all tailored to meet the needs of mission critical IT infrastructure. It all comes together with Storefront as the first line of connectivity to the complete backend and Citrix Director supporting the backend as a top end monitoring and analysis tool. The VDI engineer is responsible for identifying and creating solutions to existing issues with all the Citrix virtualization tools available. Out team is very serious in the development of system models and architectural plans that include testing and design methodology in a completely supported lab where all of the Citrix virtualization objects are at your disposal for pre-deployment testing, production planning and long-term designing. There are many versions and methods to perform a VDI function but Citrix is a core solution for many of our environments.
