INNOPLEX and BrainTrust Join Forces to Lead and Win Small Business Contract Awarded by MPO

Columbia, MD (December 14, 2022) - As the Small Prime Integrator for the IMPACT Mission Focused Team (MFT), lnTrust JV, LLC (a Joint Venture between INNOPLEX, LLC and BrainTrust, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of EverWatch Solutions) is excited to announce the award of a new contract with options up to a five-year period with the Maryland Procurement Office {MPO) valued at over $600M. This new contract represents a significant small business contract award by the MPO.
The Managing Director of the lnTrust JV, Mr. Christopher Hawthorne spoke on the opportunities this contract provides, saying, "We are thrilled to expand our partnership with this mission customer and deliver transformative warfighter capabilities. The new contract provides expertise to fully integrate operations, analysis, and maintenance and sustainment support. lnTrust will deliver capabilities to the U.S. Military, Intelligence Community, and partners. This new program will enable the mission customer to achieve full mission cognizance, integration, standardization, and innovation.
The IMPACT MFT demonstrated its ability to maximize mission value, deliver deep legacy knowledge, and bring forward a diverse and experienced team of subcontractors to execute the new five-year program. They support mission customers' goals of progressively integrated and optimized operations and engineering expertise to sites globally. Using engineering best practices, the IMPACT MFT will support the system definition, planning, integration, installation testing, troubleshooting, training, documentation, maintenance, and decommissioning for complex high-performance mission analytic systems.
The IMPACT MFT, led by InTrust JV, LLC, includes four additional Prime Partners: Engineering Solutions, Inc. (ESi); Jovian Concepts, Inc. (Jovian Concepts); Net Vision Consultants, Inc. (Net Vision); and Synergy ECP, LLC (Synergy ECP).
