Columbia, Maryland (January 23, 2023) – Air Force Veteran and Industry Management Expert Ken Russell Joins INNOPLEX Leadership as Vice President of Intelligence
With the hiring of Kenneth (Ken) Russell, INNOPLEX is putting its growth strategy into action. As V.P. of Intelligence, Mr. Russell will implement program management best practices and ensure customer outcomes are met across a portfolio of prime contracts in the Intel Mission Services Division.
Ken Russell brings over 30 years of expertise in program and personnel management in the Intelligence Community to lead the rapidly expanding Program Management Team. His years of experience working with our customer, strong mission insight, and numerous relationships within the Government and Industry enhances INNOPLEX’s strong leadership team.
His background in providing strategic development and leadership to industry businesses - paired with his past success in guiding teams of software engineers, systems engineers, intelligence analysts, and other technical experts in this industry - positioned Mr. Russell as a prime candidate for the V.P. of Intelligence role. Ken’s compatibility with both the position and the company culture of innovation made him a clear choice.

As a veteran of the United States Air Force and a 30+ year professional in supporting Business Development, Operations, Program Management, and MFT contracts with the Maryland Procurement Office, Mr. Russell is already proving himself to be a highly skilled and valuable asset to INNOPLEX’s leadership team.
